Sign and website says open 24 hours inside and drive thru, why in the world did they say they couldn't serve me inside when i was taking it out and had to go thru drive thru? I cant believe there is a difference since i wasnt sitting down to dirty a table or anything, just seems unprofessional.After waiting 10 minutes in drive thru food was cold. The employess was talking aming theirselves, rude and unprofessional.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 grilled chicken snack wraps, small fry & half sweet half unsweetened tea. It's was fast, though I did receive fried chicken instead of grilled. Ate it anyway, fried were hot.

This place is usually very polite. The food is fair priced. Taste is good. Usually clean. The drive-thru is fairly quick. The playground is usually clean. I love that they have a dollar menu. Stop by and check them out.

This McDonald's varies...sometimes it's great, but I came for breakfast on 11/23/18 at about 9 am. The food was good and I was enjoying it. Then I looked at the window beside my brother, there was pickles smeared on the window. It must’ve been left there from the night before. Very nasty!

We were here on Oct 11 at 7:30 ish! The food was great but I left my purse on the window! I got 4.5 hrs away and realized it! I was sick to my stomach at the thought of someone not turning it in! But they did and I am so grateful to the manager named Amber!! She assured me she had it and even went out of her way to mail it to me at the stores expense!! In this crazy world it was refreshing to have such an angel watching over me! Thank you so much Amber!!!! I will be forever grateful to you!

Like many other McDonald's, fresh food, quick service and rarely out of anything ever. However, check your bag. Make sure everything's inside and orders are correct if you change something. I've gotten home several times even after looking, and something else was was wrong.

I got my ice cream quick 20 minutes later I just left and figured I was never going to get my 10 chicken nuggets even though they said they were coming. Probably the most unorganized McDonald’s I’ve ever seen

This McDonald's in Newport is fine. The only complaint is they stay busy all the time. You barely have room to get in. They need a bigger parking lot. Maybe a bigger store. People around here live McD's

Ordered five cheeseburgers and four orders of friesAfter leaving the drive-through my wife said look at these sandwiches, two of the sandwiches were missing the bottom part of the bread the other two or three were put together very sloppily.Gave the meat to our dog and threw the rest of them in the trash. This is not the first time that this is happened at McDonald’s I think there going downhill big-time. We made up our mind the only fast food restaurant we eat at is Chick-fil-A

Went by for breakfast and had a very simple breakfast. Ordered sausage egg and cheese biscuit with coffee with cream and sugar. They repeated the order back twice once at the order screen and once when I got to the window. The order was wrong. Coffee had nothing added to it and nothing in the bag. The sandwich had the proper label but it was biscuit with cold bacon and soggy egg.

Went thru drive-thru May 18 around 4pm. My husband ordered a hot coffee. He took a sip and gagged. He asked me to taste it. IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!! I'm not sure what was in it. It wasn't strong or sour. It was almost like it was mixed with liquid cleanser. $4 for that??? Not going to ever take a chance again with McDonald's coffee!!

Always a pleasant experience at our McDonald's... We have a great crew here in Newport! Fast efficient service with a smile😊... They have a new chicken sandwich out right now, it comes in its own foil lined sealed pouch, loving it! Don't know how long it will last. Thanks Micky D's!

I got band do to a medical problem and every time I went there before every employee who I spoke with where not rude disrespectful nor band me for a medical problem I ended up with food poisoning from there food they where intent on killing me as I believe because the managers and employees started to be very rude and disrespectful towards me and me alone and if you get anything from this food place I hope you don't get food poisoning I would have been okay with, hey what's that? Or hey do you need me to call an ambulance for you? But I got band immediately so please be careful eating Mcdonald's

Terrible.... McDonald's is absolutely the worst place to eat in Newport . Every time I eat here of the night I request FRESH!!!! Fries . Some how the staff still thinks it's ok to give me some soggy ,nasty, cold ,and fryer oil tasting fries . Also , order accuracy is terrible I ask for no pickle there's pickle on it; I ask for extra mayo and you get just enough to make the bun stick to the roof of my mouth . Get it together McDonald's.

After going through the drive through and then being asked to pull forward to wait almost another 10 minutes, I at least expected our food to be hot. Wrong! Not only was it cold, but it wasn't even right. We ordered 3 cheeseburgers, 2 orders of fries and chicken nuggets with honey mustard and sweet and sour sauce. We get our order and one of the burgers was wrong, we only got 1 order of fries and the only sauce they have us for the nuggets was ranch! We will not be going back anytime soon that's for sure.
